Good printer, slow shipping
I ordered an SV06 3D Printer a few weeks ago. It printed well right out of the box after I got it set up. The shipping took longer than I expected, like 10 days to get to my place in California, but it did eventually show up. Overall, I'm happy with the printer itself, it's been working fine for my projects.
Decent upgrade for my printer
I bought an All Metal Hotend for my SV06 printer. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no hiccups there. It took about a week for it to arrive, which felt pretty standard. Installation was a bit fiddly, but the instructions were clear enough that I managed it without much trouble. The quality of the hotend seems good, it feels robust. Since I installed it, I've had better luck with some of the more finicky filaments I use, like ABS. It definitely improved the consistency of my prints, especially at higher temperatures. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't speak to that, but the product itself met my expectations.
